We provide a 10-day money-back guarantee free of charge if the product delivered is incorrect or defective. To qualify, the item must be returned unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received, along with its original packaging.
How to Return

Ensure the item is properly packaged and not damaged.

We will arrange safe return shipping via EMX ( Emirates Post ).
Refund Options
Once we receive and verify the returned goods, and provided they meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds can be made in the following ways:

Store Credit – Added to your AL KABAYEL account with no expiry date.

Product Exchange – Swap for another item from our collection.

Direct Refund to Your Credit Card – (Please note: not applicable for Cash on Delivery purchases).
Important Notes

Returns without proper packaging may not be accepted, and refunds may not be issued.
- Disposable items and underwear cannot be returned
- Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable in cases of “no longer needed” or “change of mind,” and the customer will be responsible for both the Delivery and return delivery charges.
- EMX will reach out to the customer concerning the return order. Kindly ensure the call is attended and the return is arranged with EMX accordingly.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are provided as store credit.
- Please note that returns are not accepted at our branches. Customers are required to initiate all returns through our website.
Order Cancellation
If you decide that you no longer want to go through with your purchase and change your mind in case of a certain item, you can easily cancel your order. All you have to do is contact our support team who are always available at your service (hello@alkabayel.com). Let us know that you do not want the purchase or have changed your mind and your order will be cancelled. Orders will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund if your items have not already been dispatched. after order is dispatched then canceling fee may apply
